November 3

Ok, I am a little bit weirded out by the date thing. What is going on and is this happening to anyone else, about the date being off. If anything I would think the date would be a day behind for me because I am in a time zone ahead of the US. Anyway, it really is November 3rd here, even though blogspot is marking it as Nov. 4th. Hmmm.....I don't have the time to figure it out.

Ok, so here is my picture of the day. I went to a neighbors house and taught them how to make cinnamon rolls. I love baking and realize that it is something that I have taken for granted knowing how to do. I realized this when the lady who I was teaching, had no idea how to put the cinnamon rolls in the oven. She wasn't sure if she should put the tray down at the bottom of the oven, should she turn on the broiler, what should she do. They were also amazed at cutting the cinnamon rolls with a piece of string. Funny! I had to leave just as they were putting them in the oven to bake, so that I could pick up my kids, so I guess they weren't sure how long to leave them in and this was the end result. Pretty good for a first time baker, I guess. :-) Wish I would have thought to bring my camera and take a picture of us making them....I will get it by the end of the month hopefully!
